Back to reality this morning. :( We had a fabulous time and every little detail was taken care of. Disney really is a class act - worth every penny!
I can't say enough about all the little things they do to make a vacation 100% stress free. From taking care of luggage to bandaids for the 5 different blisters on my feet (we kept a pedometer app on our phone the whole time and logged over 50 miles) they were awesome. Also, the day we left for Disney, I got a huge spasm in my shoulder/neck from lifting up our (fat) dog who just had surgery. It just kept getting worse and worse the whole flight there. As soon as we walked in, we asked about the spa and they had an immediate opening for a 1 hour massage. She was EXCELLENT! Got rid of the spasm and relaxed me head to toe.
The meals were all SO yummy -- I think my favorite was Tony's Italian Restaurant on Main Street. The Pistachio Creme Brulee was the most delicious thing I've ever tasted in my life. The last day we went back over to Hollywood Studios to see the Star Wars characters and to eat at the 50's Prime Time Cafe. They had fried chicken or chicken pot pie that was gluten free. I said "Ooh! Fried chicken!" and she said the chef would be out to talk to me. When he came out, he explained the two dishes and said that the fried chicken would be a 40 minute wait because they had to use a dedicated fryer that wasn't heated up yet. We really only had 1 hour to eat and get out of there in time to catch our bus to the airport, so I said I better go with the chicken pot pie rather than risk missing our flight. He stood and talked to us for a while (his brother lives in Lititz!), we had our meal and as we were waiting for dessert the chef came back out carrying a takeout box and tries to hand it to me. I was confused and said, "Oh - sorry, we didn't order anything to go." He said, "No - it's for you! Take it! My minions in the back caught wind that you wanted the fried chicken and already had it started before we learned of your time constraint -- so I told them to go ahead and finish it. Take it with you, complements of the house!" It was 4 pieces of gluten free fried chicken, collard greens w/bacon, and mashed potatoes! How nice was THAT?!?
Like I said, Disney really is a class act. They made awesome memories for us that made it so hard to come home. Thanks again!!!

Our Adventures by Disney tour of Italy was the trip of a lifetime! Although my husband and I are avid travelers, I was a bit nervous about traveling so far with our nine year old daughter. Disney however made it a breeze.

They met us at the airport and took us to a beautiful hotel in Rome, in a great location. Our welcoming dinner the first night gave us a great opportunity to meet the other families, and our daughter immediately made friends. The tours of Rome and the Vatican were excellent. There were long lines at the Colosseum and the Sistine Chapel, but Disney whisked us right in with no waiting. It was like we had a fast pass!

Some meals were included. For the meals on our own, our Disney guides helped us to decide the kind of restaurant we wanted, made the reservations and then directed us there. We were always impressed.

Our guides kept the kids busy and entertained while the adults learned some history. The Tuscan villa was lovely. We all enjoyed the pasta making class and a relaxing day of swimming was appreciated. We went to Florence for a day, and the following day it was off to Venice. We put our luggage outside our doors at the villa and they magically appeared in our room in Venice. Travel to Venice was by train. Once again, everything was well planned. From the train station we took a gondola ride and then a walking tour of Venice. The final day we made Carnival masks...at the shop that made Lady Gaga's poker face mask and the masks for Eyes Wide Shut! I don't know if the kids or the adults enjoyed it more.

On the departure day they had a guide escort us on the boat to the airport, onto a bus and actually into the airport to make sure that we were in the right line to check in.

Like most things in life, you get what you pay for, and the extra expense of an Adventures by Disney trip was far worth it!

Mexico was fantastic, and I'm sure Brian would agree. I had an AMAZING time, and I felt 100% safe the entire time. I would highly recommend the Secrets Maroma, and would gladly go back any day! We enjoyed the food and the quiet atmosphere. There weren't as many games and activities by the pool as there were at Sandals, but I preferred that. This was a more serene experience. Bar service was excellent and the food was delicious. We did a few excursions, and I'd be glad to tell you or your clients about them if they are interested in more information. All in all, it was a fantastic vacation and I have no complaints about the hotel at all.

If I had a family, I wouldn't hesitate to take kids to Mexico either. If they're smart and do things through you and their hotel, there really seems to be very little risk.

Elsa and I had what was the best vacation we have ever experienced, and we want to thank you for providing the important details that made it that way. The lodges in Alaska were beautiful, and the ship was luxurious beyond anything we expected. Thank you for insisting that we get a room with a balcony: that alone made a huge difference.
Everywhere, especially on the ship, the food was outstanding. We quickly got to know our servers, and it was almost like parting with old friends at the end of the week.
Thank you for the bottle of wine and thank you for helping to make the cruise so much better than we would have done ourselves. We were joking with others on the ship that Princess does such a great job of organizing everything that we want them to run our country for a few years!

Finally back from our Honeymoon! It's so out of the ordinary that our one week honeymoon in Ocho Rios, Jamaica turned into two weeks when our flight got cancelled due to Hurricane Irene. Fortunately for us, we had travel insurance (thanks to you) and our last week there will be paid in full, no extra charge for us! We are thankful for the extra time we got to spend together, but are now thankful to be home…
Sherry, thank you so much for all of your help!!! You were truly wonderful and available at all times for us both before and during our honeymoon! We really appreciate what you've done for us! We will definitely use you in the future and have referred friends to you already…

Amber and I thank you so much for your diligence in taking care of our vacation travel plans during Hurricane Irene. I again apologize for all the excessive late phone call and emails that I made to you.
Getting out of Baltimore on Friday was probably the best thing that we could have done. The Carib Hilton in Puerto Rico was a good choice of motel,very nice,we would love to know were they buy their pillows. We had probably the calmest seas that we ever experienced on a cruise. Also thank you for your pre-cruise gift, I'll give you a call on my next need for a travel agent and I have already spread the word on how good you have worked with us on our vacation.

Thanks for all you did for me and my guests- from the endless questions to resending information or getting guests out of the snow and on vacation as quickly as possible. Thank you! Everything went so well- and we had so much fun with our guests. After a relaxing honeymoon, it was a very tough transition to very cold Boston. Oh, and our meals aren't made for us and our room isnt cleaned when we leave for the day... I gotta go back!

Sherry, I have been wanting to let you know how our trip to Mexico at NOW Jade went. It was absolutely wonderful. It was all I expected and even more. The room accomodations were great (all three rooms). The pool area is beautiful, and the beach. The restaurants were fun and very good. We loved the little cafe. Having room service was even a treat.( my family loved that). The trip from Baltimore was on time, and the trip home from Cancun left 20 minutes early. There were no complications at all.

I , of course, have nothing to compare Now Jade to, but I would recommend this resort to anyone. The people working there were very helpful and pleasant. It took a little adjusting for us when we got home, because we missed the place. My plan was for our family to take a " special vacation" before they branch off into all their different directions, and your help in planning it is very much appreciated.

So we are home! What a great trip at Beaches Turks & Caicos. Thanks for everything! We booked again for next year, so I am sure you'll get the info soon. We all said we could never come back unless we had butler service!

The butlers were amazing. I never thought I'd use one but they were wonderful. We were so spoiled! I could go on and on about everything they did for us! They even set up a wonderful birthday party for Logan in that room above the pool bar with tons of food and drinks, and a birthday cake. They went above and beyond for us. They even brought lunch to the cabana for all of the kids in our group everyday, not just ours.

I thought this was just about the perfect vacation though. The beach was beautiful, the resort was amazing, plenty to do (or not do if you felt like it!) We dropped our 5 month old off in the baby area one night for dinner and they were wonderful. A lady named Lovely played with her until she fell asleep. They had her all wrapped so snuggly on a beanbag. She looked so cozy! I highly recommend the baby area to anyone who might be on the fence about dropping their babies off.

Anyway, thats our experience in a nutshell. I am so excited to go next year!

We had an amazing time on vacation! We had beautiful weather & Sandals Montego Bay was nice. it was a lot different than Sandals Grande Antigua...but it was exactly what we needed. Our room was awesome...we had great outdoor space so close to the water & man, was having a butler nice! We didn't have to worry about a thing the whole vacation.

We did take a trip over to Sandals Royal Caribbean for dinner at the restuarant on the island...that was cool too.
